The hotel was exceptionally comfortable and impressive. the staff at the reception desk were cooperative. the room had a very comfy bed, central heating, a personal safe, and a flat-screen TV. the location was perfect, close to Ristorante Pizzeria All'Angolo and Veneto. I enjoyed tea and goodies at the Donut Nest, just 1 mile away from the hotel.

The breakfast here was great, with lots of choices to pick from. Our executive queen room was so convenient, and we really liked having our own safe, air conditioning, and a kettle to use ☕.

I chose this hotel for attending a meeting and they provided excellent event facilities. The conference space and meeting room were well-equipped and made my work experience smooth and efficient.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been helpful to have access to computers, printers, and other office equipment on-site.

Cleanliness of the rooms and the price-performance ratio

The breakfast is very satisfying for this price. For me always a suitable hotel as a stopover between Switzerland and Croatia and back.

What is objectionable are the missing German channels on TV. As an international hotel it is shameful to run only Italian channels. However, I complain about this time and again throughout Italy.

The conference space and meeting room were well-equipped and perfect for our needs.

I did miss having a business center at the hotel. It would have been convenient to have a dedicated space with computers and printers for any last-minute work requirements.

I booked the room via internet and didn't know the facility before. So I had to rely on the photos of the rooms and the lobby, which persuaded me in the first place. When in hotel my friend and I were fascinated with the very nice modern design of the lobby, nice, clean and cosy room and afterwards also with the hotel staff who was very kind and approachable. They made us feel very welcome although we only stayed one night. They even excused us being much to late on breakfast! Thanks to both ladies again very much!

The only thing that was a bit annoying was the noise from the traffic nearby, since we like to have window open and not using air-conditioning at the time being. Anyway-when the window was closed, there was no noise coming into the room!
